Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a paid stndp subscription and what happens when you do. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. How to Cancel
Cancellation is self-serve. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard — no email or support ticket is required. There are no cancellation fees.
2. What Happens When You Cancel
When you cancel, your subscription stops auto-renewing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur. We do not provide refunds for the current cycle (see the Refund Policy).
3. Cancelling During the Free Trial
If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. To avoid the first charge, cancel before the trial period ends.
4. Cancellation vs. Account Deletion
Cancelling ends your paid subscription but leaves your account and data in place (typically moving you to a free tier where available). If you also want to remove your data, you can export your data and delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Reactivating
You can resubscribe at any time from your dashboard. If your account still exists, your data will be available again on an eligible plan.
